How to Manage your License(s)
In the below guides, we describe how to activate your license through NinjaTrader. We also describe how to deactivate your license through the My Account portion of this site, which is extremely useful if your computer crashes and you need to install our indicators on a brand new computer.

How to Download and Install our Indicators
To download your purchase, all you need to do is navigate to the API Downloads and next to your purchase, click the “Download” button. Once the indicators are downloaded, please start NinjaTrader 8 and perform the following:
- On the Control Center, navigate to Tools ->Import -> NinjaScript Add-On…
- A new window will pop-up. Navigate to the file you downloaded from the section How to download and install our indicators
- Once the files finish importing, please proceed to the steps on activating your license
How to Activate the Complete Package
The Complete Package gives you access to all of our indicators and these instructions assume already downloaded and installed our indicators. After you purchased the Complete Package, you should have received an email that contained your API Key. If not, don’t worry because you can retrieve your API Key from (you must be logged in to access the link) My Account -> API Keys. Or, you can retrieve your API Key from the Lost API Key. Once you have found your API Key, perform the following:
- Open a new chart (does not matter the time frame or instrument)
- Open the indicator window (like you are going to add a new indicator)
- Navigate to ic Utility License Complete Club Access and add the indicator to your chart (do not click Ok or Apply yet)
- In the settings, find 00. License Parameters and input the following:
- For 00. Request Type set it to Activation
- For 01. Email Address enter the email you used during checkout
- For 02. Api Key enter the API Key (as discussed above)
- Click Apply, which should activate all of your indicators
- Remove the ic Utility License Complete Club Access indicator from your chart and add any indicator prefixed with ic
- If the indicator(s) load, you have successfully activated the Complete Package. If the indicator did not appear, make sure you entered all the correct information from Step 4 and retry Steps 3-6. If you are still unsuccessful, please send us an email and we would be happy to assist in getting your indicators activated
- Once you have successfully activated the Complete Package you will not have to repeat the above steps. Please do not load the ic Utility License Complete Club Access after you have activated the indicators as your indicators could stop working
How to Activate Stand Alone Indicators
These instructions assume already downloaded and installed our indicators. After your purchase, you should have received an email that contained your API Key(s). If not, don’t worry because you can retrieve your API Key(s) from (you must be logged in to access the link) My Account -> API Keys. Or, you can retrieve your API Key(s) from the Lost API Key. Once you have found your API Key, perform the following:
- Open a new chart (does not matter the time frame or instrument)
- Open the indicator window (like you are going to add a new indicator)
- All of our indicators are prefixed with ic, so navigate to the indicators which were purchased and add them to your chart (do not click Ok or Apply yet). Note: if you are unsure of the indicator name, navigate (you must be logged in) to My Account -> API Downloads and the name of the indicator will be the same as the “Product” name
- In the settings of each indicator, find 00. License Parameters and input the following:
- For 00. Request Type set it to Activation
- For 01. Email Address enter the email you used during checkout
- For 02. Api Key enter the API Key (as discussed above). Note: be sure the correct API Key is entered for the correct indicator. You can see which API Key corresponds to each indicator at My Account -> API Keys
- Click Apply, which should activate your indicator(s)
- If the indicator(s) load, you have successfully activated your indicator(s). If the indicator(s) did not appear, make sure you entered all the correct information from Step 4 and retry Steps 3-5. If you are still unsuccessful, please send us an email and we would be happy to assist in getting your indicators activated
- Once you have successfully activated your indicator(s), please remove all indicators from your chart and reload them. Please do not input, or change any settings in 00. License Parameters (they should remain blank) after you have activated the indicator(s) as your indicator(s) could stop working
How to Deactivate and Use Indicators on New Computer
These instructions assume already downloaded and installed our indicators. This guide is for individuals who have used our indicators on one computer and wish to now use them on a different computer. If you wish to use the indicators on more than 1 computer, please purchase another license (for stand alone indicators), or another Machine ID (for the Complete Package). In order to use our indicators on a new computer, after they have already been activated, please follow these steps:
- If possible, shut down NinjaTrader on your old computer
- If you are not already logged in, please login here
- Next, navigate to My Account -> API Keys
- Under “Product” you should see the name of the indicator you would like to use on a different computer (for Club Members you will see “CompleteClubAccess”)
- In the same row, you should see a column titled “Activations” that should say 1 of 1 (or X of X depending on how many API Keys you have). Note: if it says 0 of 1 then you have not yet activated your license and should proceed with one of the two above guides on activating your indicators
- Underneath the product you are deactivating, there should be a button that says “Delete” followed by NinjaTrader activated on DATE at TIME. Note: if a Delete button is not present, you have not yet activated your license and should proceed with one of the two above guides on activating your indicators
- Click the Delete button and this will delete the activation for your old computer
- Finally, it is time to reactivate your license by following one of the two guides above
